levels, for corporations, groups, organizations and individuals.

Major Donor: $50,000 and above

Wellness Donor: $25,000 - $49,999

Lifeline Donor: $10,000 - $24,999

Sponsor: $5,000 - $9,999

Benefactor: $1,000 - $4,999

Patron: $500 - $999

Friend: Under $500
